Two giant teal & white light hoops scanned our van on Hwy 8 for 8–10s at 60 mph, then vanished.

My son and I were coming home from work. Highway 8 is all fir trees. We just come over the hill and two beams of light came over our van and scanned us several times. Teal and white lights. They were giant hoops of intencs light. 8 to 10 seconds they scanned us then they just vanished. We were traveling 60 mph.
