Noticed a light sweeping the top of a mountain at 5:15 in the morning while driving to work.

While I was driving to work at 5:15 in the morning, (pitch black outside) I noticed a white light off to my left above the mountain that borders the road I was driving down. I pulled over and watched as the light swept the top of the mountain for about 5 seconds, then disappeared over the mountain heading south. I noticed several tiny flashing red and green lights on what appeared to be the craft casting the white light.
