Tic Tac UFO sighted south of Galleria Mall

Classic tic tac UFO, sighted toward the south while heading down the 90. A clear sphere appeared around the object which was very high in the air. The object disappeared and reappeared sporadically a few times as an intense flash of light that was as small as a pin point. Witnesses by two sound of mind adults.
