Red in the center with white "tips". I was on my deck as it passed heading north to south

I live near an airport and air base, so we see lots of planes, drones and the occasional helicopter. Whatever I saw was completely silent. The red light in the center didn't change, but the white lights on the tips of the craft twinkled, but not much at all. Almost unnoticeable. I knew I was seeing this for the first time so I was REALLY paying attention to it. Of course I left my phone in the house, which I rarely do. I see other things that I can easily dismiss, but this was a first for me.
