At around 1:00 AM on July 9, 2025, I witnessed a large, glowing orange orb float silently past my 3rd-floor apartment balcony in Gainesville, GA. It appeared at eye level, moving steadily from right to left (I’m facing east), and stayed in view for about 5 seconds. The orb was round with slightly fuzzy edges—not sharply defined—and emitted a bright glow that stayed consistent with the object’s movement. The glow illuminated my entire balcony as it passed, but there was no sound, no smell, no trail, and no debris left behind.
There were slight flickers in the light, though I was viewing it through window blinds, which made the details a bit blurry. It didn’t change direction or speed, just glided smoothly across my view. I felt a deep sense of awe, amazement, and even goosebumps—it was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before.
