I was taking pictures of Arenal at sunset; when I downloaded them, I found one photo with a clear, glowing, Saturn/saucer-shaped object
I live in El Bosque, south of La Fortuna, Costa Rica. I obsessively take photos of beautiful Mount Arenal, and also try to capture photos of the dramatic lightning storms here. Tonight at sunset, there were flashes of lightning in the far distance beyond Arenal, so I went out on the (second story) deck, aimed my camera at Arenal, and snapped picture after picture for a couple of minutes, trying to capture a lightning flash. Then, when I downloaded the photos a while ago and was going through them, one photo - one photo only - has a large glowing, Saturn or saucer shaped object somewhere over Arenal. My wife and I both agree it's the same shape, and clear as a bell, especially when you zoom in to the image. For context, I have multiple photos from THE EXACT SAME MINUTE this one photo was taken in, and the object is not in any of them. (There are, however some other smaller spots of light that appear to be flying away in a straight line to the north in several photos afterward , but they offer much less detail even if you zoom in. But again, I have multiple photos from that one exact minute, for context and contrast, and the object is just in one. To me that would imply it was moving FAST. It's a pretty amazing thing to ponder, and we've never been inthis situation before. So I just did an internet search for "where do I send a photo of a UFO" and here I am.
Per your instructions below this box, my wife and I have recently retired here from the United States, and are staying in an Air B&B while our house is being built on our property down the road. I worked in communications, was involved in the arts and politics, and once was elected to a term on the Port Angeles (Washington) City Council, which was a pretty miserable experience, let me tell you. I am 57, and currently enjoy gardening and taking lots of photos of the beautiful nature here. My wife has a PhD in planning, and worked in government and education.
