Black triangle craft about 300 feet above my house for about a minute and a half to two minutes.

I went outside to do fireworks with my granddaughter. When I turned back towards the house to see if my wife was coming yet. I saw what appeared to be a black triangle craft hovering about 300' above my house. It stayed there for a minute and a half to two minutes and then went up at a slight angle and was gone. I immediately got goose bumps because I knew what it was and was upset my wife didn't get to see it.
