Spotted stationary black object in sky that appeared distant but below cloud level. Pointed it out and it moved N/NE slowly.
As it slowly moved N/NE it was spotted by 2 other bystanders, then moved rapidly in the opposite direction (much faster than any commercial airliner), shot across the sky and out of sight
