On July 3, 2025, while attending an evening event near Nationals Park in Washington, D.C., I observed a bright glowing object in the sky. It appeared to hover and then move slowly, shifting directions in ways that didn't match the flight path of a plane, drone, or satellite. The object maintained a steady glow-at times expanding into a cross-like shape-and did not emit any sound or flashing lights.
I recorded the sighting on video and captured multiple still frames showing its unusual behavior, including one with a visible light trail, suggesting it changed speed or direction rapidly. The object had no visible structure, wings, or blinking navigation lights. Its movement and appearance resembled plasma or concentrated energy more than any traditional aircraft.
Based on my direct visual observation and review of the footage, I believe this qualifies as a legitimate UAP (Unidentified Aerial Phenomenon). I'm sharing this in hopes it may contribute to la. & efforts to understand what's being seen in our skies.
