Bright white light tinged with green cigarette shaped object moving very fast crossed over I-10 from south to north 1/4 way up horizon

Bright white cigar shaped object tinged in green flashed across sky on a downward slope from 55 to 40 degrees moving south to north. Was only visible for 2-3 seconds.
