Spinning green circle UFO

I was driving a convertible car at night on I-8 heading West. In those days that part of El Cajon was undeveloped and dark at night. I notice a bright neon green circle in the sky slightly north of the freeway. It was at a higher altitude than a helicopter but lower than a small airplane, so guessing about 1000-2000 feet in altitude. I slowed down and pulled over to the shoulder. It was hovering, no noise. It then slowed down the spinning of the green light to reveal that the green circle was not complete but rather only about about one-third (1/3) of the circle was lit. It spun slowly for about a minute. Then it started spinning faster to give the illusion that it was a complete green circle again. Without noise or acceleration. It dashed off to the right (eastward) and disappeared into the distance, the speed is beyond any aircraft I've seen even 30 years later.

About a week later, I had an incident that I believe to be connected. I was sleeping at home located about 5 miles from the sighting. I felt the brightest of light coming from the window. Then a needle probe inserted in my left temple. It was very painful and it sounded like a high pitched hum. The hum then slowed down to pulsate. Then sped up to a single note high pitched hum again. Then it was removed and room was dark again. The process mimicked the previous UFO sighting slowing down the light to a rotating green arch (partial circle).

I was reluctant to share this for many years. But being that our federal government is admitting to the existence of UAP, I am now documenting it.
