At 7/8, I saw two glowing white figures in my room—clear outlines, not a dream. They vanished before my mum arrived.

I was in my bedroom

I was about 7/8 years old and I saw two figures appear in my bedroom the best way to describe them would be that all I could see was the outline that looked like the ready brek advert only the outline was white not red. I screamed out for my mum who came running up, the figures had disappeared before she got there and told me I must have had a nightmare but I knew I hadn’t as I’d been awake the whole time. Although the figures seemed like just outlines I somehow knew what sex they were the female was much taller than the male. I feel like I can tell my experience now without being ridiculed as so much has come to light in recent years. I would love to know if anyone else has had any experiences like mine. It was the only time anything like that ever happened to me but I know it happened and it wasn’t a dream or hallucination.
