Oblong cigar shaped,extremely bright white flashing. Object was hoving to the north approx 2 miles.

At approx 0625 hours, I was alerted by my madar device of a alarm. Went outside, sky was clear. Observed a oblong object, facing down---extremely bright flashing lights, above the treeline and statonary.
