Saw a light in the sky moving back and forth and finally dropping down to land, seemingly caused street light to go out

I was headed home from work when i noticed a bright light in the sky moving side to side. I checked my flight radar app and the SkyView light to make sure it wasn’t a plane or a star. As i recorded one of the videos a street light can be seen going out right as the object passes by it. There’s a video from Edmond, OK posted 1 month prior to this with the same object being seen. Curious to what this could be as the same thing was recorded recently.
