Looks like a bright star in the Northwest sky but is very fast. Moving and blinking. Movements are very remarkable.

At about 12:04 noticed a flashing blinking bright star in the Northwest sky above Potomac Maryland. Viewed from 20814 zip code in Bethesda. The blinking star made remarkable movements that cannot be an aircraft or helicopter. It hovered for about 25 minutes blinking and seem to have other colored lights besides white. The movements were inverted triangle and semi-circular pendulum movements. Disappeared within 25 minutes.
