While camping, we saw a huge cigar-shaped craft with lights. It came close, then drifted away.

I was camping on the Reservation with a military stranger dork. We saw something huge in the sky, the size of a city. It was a cigar-shaped silver craft that lowered down to us from very far away. It came so close I thought I could see windows across the front. There was a string of lights across the middle, but I’m not sure there was a front or a back—just a row of lights through the middle. It was like I could see it up close, but I’m not sure how close it actually got. I’m not sure how I saw it so close, actually. We tried to record it but couldn’t capture anything. It began to drift back out without changing position. It all happened within about a minute to three at most—enough for us to grab our phones and try to capture what we were seeing.
