Ball of cloaked light appearing on fire with no sound
Went outside with my dog. Looked up to see a white ball of light with a misshapen fog around it. It was making zero sound and flying flat. Not gaining or losing elevation. Zooming in on my phone it was sparking with occasional flashes of light a considerable distance away. Didn't move like anything I've seen.
