2 lights seen at ocean park, boyton beach, fl - daylight

1st sighting: two white lights 4-5 degrees above horizon 2-3 degrees in separation north one lower south one higher. We did not see them appear but saw the fade after about 1minute. 2nd sighting about 30degrees north from first sighting same description did not see them appear disappeared after 2-3 minutes.
