Saw this in Sweden maybe a year ago and I think it’s something intresting

Well, I do not know what to write but if you look at the video, it’s weird as hell! A ”craft”? or something else that looks like a circle with a smaller circle in the middle of the big circle that suddenly appeared, sat still in the sky and then just shoot up and disappeared in a flash of a moment!
