Crashed disk on ground with thin foil debris and metal objects. Small child-like humanoid or human in a strange metallic suit.

I was taken there by my father who was working on military a biological warfare project through the Carnegie Institute and UCLA. He had been called by a General to check the site for radiation. We arrived before dawn. I took a picture later of the sunrise. I picked up the strange foil and metal pieces as told by my dad. He often had me do searches because my eyes were quite keen. He was leaning against a jeep talking with an officer. He looked at the officer and then confiscated everything I had found. Dad said he had finished checking the site for radiation and biological dangers and I was free to look around. I went over to look at the crash. The disk had one side opened up with a tangle of hundreds of thin transparent "wires" and odd goo. I looked inside but it looked messy and I do not like being dirty. I went over to the child-like being who was about my size and saw he was alive but not moving. Aside from large eyes. he looked like a human child. I tried to communicate with him. I got the impression that the goo had filled the craft in some way aiding them and that he was a navigator. I thought a metal cylinder I had found was an information device. I am not sure where these impressions came from. I may have made them up to explain what I saw.

As a scientist I saw what I saw but have no idea whether the technology was other than human.

INVESTIGATION REPORT

Witness: D: Doctorates in biology and mathematics/Department of Defense/Advanced Technology Operations

Phone interview date/time: 1-25-25 at 4:30pm

D stated that on 7-8-1947, his father was called to a crash site by a “military general” to check for dangerous radiation. D stated that he was approximately 4 to 5 years old at the time, and his father took D with him to the crash site. D stated that his father dropped him off prior to the crash site to look for pieces of the craft that had crashed, and D stated that he walked for approximately 1 hour before entering the crash site.

D stated that while he was walking, he picked up what he described as very thin pieces of tin foil. He then stated that he could crumple the tin foil into a ball very easily, but as soon as he opened his hand, the tin foil would snap back into its original shape. D stated that he also found some metal pieces on the ground, and the one that he remembered the most was a metal cylinder about the size of a shotgun shell.

D stated that the metal cylinder “felt alive” and somehow identified itself as navigation for the crashed ship ahead. D stated that he was just a child when this happened, so trying to remember everything was difficult. He also stated that trying to describe what had happened was difficult as well.

D stated that when he arrived at the crash site, he remembered seeing spotlights, and a disc-shaped craft that looked like it had crashed into a hill, and only the top of the craft was visible. D stated that the top of the craft was very smooth. He also stated that the craft was emanating some type of fog or aerosol, and he remembers smelling a “disgusting” smell coming from the craft.

D stated that he looked over at another part of the hill in front of him that had a spotlight on it and noticed a very small human-like creature lying up against the hill. D then stated that the creature was wearing a “metallic suit.” D stated that he was a very small boy for his age, and the creature appeared to be roughly the same size as he was, which was approximately 3 feet tall.

D stated that there was an opening in the suit up where the creature’s face was, and when he looked in, he could see the creature’s large eyes, nose and mouth. D stated that the creature looked like a small person except for the large eyes. D stated that he couldn’t remember the conversation, but the creature was communicating with him telepathically and it was scared and possibly sad.

D stated that he remembers walking away from the creature and back
towards the craft. He then stated that there were lots of people walking around at the time, but no one stopped him as he approached the craft. D stated that he saw an opening toward the top of the craft, so he went to look. D said that he saw a small opening into the craft that was big enough that he could’ve crawled in, but he didn’t want to because of the smell and how “dirty” it was.

D elaborated and stated that he saw what he first described as transparent “goo” all around the opening. D then stated that the “goo” looked like clear “snot.” D stated that he stayed clear of the “goo” and was able to peer into the craft. D then stated that he saw “hundreds of thin transparent wires” looking very similar to “optic cable.” He said he also saw what looked like a “pedestal”

D stated that the only other thing he could remember was that he “overheard” some of the men around him state that they had found 3 creatures around the crash.

D stated that he had an unusual childhood after seeing the crash site. He stated that in high school, he was in the “MK Ultra Control Group” that worked on mental telepathy and remote viewing. D then stated that later he worked in the Department of Defense for 7 years and Advanced Technology Operations where he worked on reverse engineering for the Polaris Submarine program. D stated that he couldn’t speak any further about anything else because it was either “above top secret” or “black ops.”

D stated that he made this report because he felt compelled to tell people reliable information about what happened in 1947, and not for fame or money.

In a subsequent interview with Christian Stepien, D confirmed many of the details above, and added a new strange twist. He said he saw a small group of teenagers standing on a rise behind the craft. He described them as appearing as normal teenagers. The photograph was taken on a Kodak Brownie camera and was descibed as being near the crash site.

The witness also descibed seeing a tent, trucks, and 2 large spotlights shining down on the site. Some of the men there (maybe a dozen) were wearing brown WW2 army uniforms.

There were hundreds of strands of the "goo", and thicker goo was coming out of the edges of the "wound" in the craft.
