Note: I can't change the date above. The actual date was the summer of 1961 +/- a few years after dark.

I was about 10 to 12 years old. I and my sister were in the back seat of the family car. Our parents were in the front. They saw a large white light in the sky above us. My dad stopped the car. He and my mother asked each other what it was. My mother was frightened. I rolled down my window and tried to stick my head out but the car was moving again. HERE'S WHAT'S WIERD... I kept asking them what they saw and they had no clue what I was taking about. When we arrived at our camp in White Lake (Oneida County) I asked again but they were mute almost as if they didn't hear me. Their 'memory loss' spooked me. This was Route 28 in Forestport, NY traveling north.
