Two craft of the same shape with orange glow in centre, flew immensely fast over the city before dissapearing behind shooting star

Standing outside for a cigarette I was star gazing on this particularly clear night when (from the south west, headed north east straight overhead) two distinct triangular shaped objects with an orange glow in their centre (most likely a reflection of the citys lights as it was that same copper/orange tinge, possibly lights on object) soared overhead from one side of the sky to the other before dissapearing behind an incredibly timed and impossibly placed shooting star.

I suspect a drone craft of some kind the way the two flew in formation, perfectly matching incredible speeds, dead silent in the night.

(As if perhaps there should've been a third?)

Regardless of whether it was a government drone or an advanced craft.
I was left stunned, speechless, and in tears with all hairs standing on end.
They were close enough to see, so maybe a comercial airliner altitude, but the speed they had was twice to three times that of a sattelite, combined with their dissapearing behind the only shooting star I've seen in weeks (habitual ciggy break taker of the outdoors at night)
