I was sitting in a planet fitness parking lot when I was what I thought was a helicopter but it had a long waving tail and no lights

As I was saying I was sitting in a planet fitness parking lot when I noticed what I thought was a helicopter in the sky facing north across from the legacy bank and I I saw I had no lights and made no noise so I went to go check it out and noticed it had a long waving tail and then it was heading southbound. I hopped in my car and tried to go get a better video of it. Because the first video took didn't show up because of the street lights.
