Saw a non moving blue light with a bell-shaped object inside the light, didn’t move for at least 3 hours
I saw a blue bright light on the sky when I was driving to Milwaukee, it stayed in the same place for 3 hours, and was really obvious after the sky turned dark. The light did not move at all. Covered a big space of sky. I saw a bell-shaped object from far away inside the light.

It turns out the mystery light came from a new, high-tech, 85,000-square-foot greenhouse on 76th Street near Hanna Lake Avenue southwest of Dutton. The glow was the result of special purple LED lights that can adjust to different spectrums to fit plants' needs.
