Object emitting light seems to be moving at a significantly fast a steady speed across sky and then vanishes
I was sitting on the couch with my two children and they pointed to the sky and said “look a shooting star!” But upon further inspection it had no tail and looked like maybe it could be an airplane. However, it was very far away. An airplane at that distance would not have been moving so fast. It was moving across the sky steadily and at a speed that I have never seen before. We live on a military installation and are familiar with seeing aircraft’s in the sky. The way it was moving was not at all like a plane. We followed its movement across the night sky until eventually it vanished. Both my kids and myself witnessed the same thing.
