I was out looking at the Aurora Borealis and up out of the Dugualla Bay water pops up this Blueish Gray circular Orb.

The Orb came into view AT THE WATER LINE ELEVATION ADJACENT TO THE TREE 085 degrees/1 mile from my House’s back deck just to the right of my “Hot Spot” two marker trees and to the left of my roof’s gutter, the Orb rose to 100 feet altitude, as seen in the Sky Shot pic below, just above the Red and Green marker buoy lights for the entrance to the the Skagit River 085 degrees/5 miles from my House and continued heading South East to around 10,000 feet altitude where it faded out of sight at 20 miles at 23:03:55 PDT; maximum elevation was 40 degrees. The Orb traveled 20 miles in 7 seconds at a constant speed. The Orb size was approximately 50 to 100 feet in diameter.

Weather was clear with traces of the Aurora Borealis fading in and out of view, visibility was 20 miles.

This Orb appeared at nearly the same location as my previously reported UAP Orange Orb of 3/18/2024. This Blueish Grey Orb stayed in the same visual presentation throughout its detection time frame and was about 50% dimmer in intensity than the Orange Orb. This Blue Orb did not display the Blue Plasma Halo reported on UAP Orange Orb of 3/18/2024 and did not appear to Depart via a Portal.

Nearby MADAR Nodes 47/49/61/268/287/311 did not have a Code Blue UAP Alert during this event.

I recorded this video on my hand held SIONYX Aurora Pro IR Color video camera at 60 FPS and 750P resolution. I was using a SIONYX 940 nm IR Illuminator pointing in the same direction as my UAP of 3/18/2024 appeared - South East at 40 degree elevation.

This Orb was operating in the NAS Whidbey Island airspace.
