Oval orb translucent gray 15 ft in diameter, 500 ft altitude, silent, a shifting triangular pattern interlocking shifting on surface.

I parked my jeep opened the door and before I got out my attention was immediately drawn to what appeared to be a rocket on the horizon in the southwest. No structure was observed at this point, only the flame of the rocket or what appeared to be a flame. What grabbed my attention at this point is that the thrust of the flame was upside down, like it shoud be heading towards the surface of the earth, but it wasn't. It continued in what appeared to be in a upward trajectory towards the atmosphere. What caused me to think this is because the thrust (compared to the flame of a Bic lighter, orange yellow upside down) decreased in size making my mind believe it was going upward and away, but never seemed to be moving in any direction which confused me. After about 3 minutes it demished out of sight and I shut the door of my jeep and began to turn my head away from the whatever it was I just witnessed (I was thinking to myself where would a rocket be launched in that area to justify whatI saw), but just then something caused me to look back. In the same location where the flame had demished and was no longer visible was now a small gray orb. The orb seemed to be moving in my direction and it grew in size. At this point the object had moved from the southwest, on the horizon in a northern direction towards me. About 2 minutes in time it seemed to travel from the horizon to my location and now was observed in between South Ave and Southern Blvd. My location was closer to South Ave but in between Southern Blvd. The object was not exactly overhead but off to my west a about two blocks away. The orb grew in size as it moved at about 25 miles per hour at a altitude of 500 feet. I could see through it, it was gray. The surface was not sharply distinguishable but more like a hazy fog type of surface. At this point a pattern of hundreds of interlocking triangles emerged on the surface. The closest thing I can compare it to is the Epcot center orb in Florida. The patterns shifted every second in a different direction and never repeat the same direction. It was 15 feet in diameter. Silent. No sound. At this point it crossed the end of cook Ave and seemed to be heading nort, in the direction of downtown Youngstown and the Vienna Airforce Base. Just before it crested the top of the trees heading north and out of sight, 5 or 6 sharply intense red leds began flashing in the center of the orb and then I lost sight of it.

I immediately called 911 and reported it, I told them it's heading to the Vienna Airforce Base. It was clear sky's, there was still some light in the sky as the sun was setting. At about 9pm, 30 minutes after my call to 911 I observed a black, unmarked hellocoptor coming from the north, flew over me on Cook Ave with 3 intense surch lights and then flew off.
