Tilted disc towards me, hovering at about the height of a helicopter.

I'm writing this free form... This happened the day after Thanksgiving 2021. The sky was a deep blue and I did not see a single cloud in the sky. It was windy. I was headed to take my dog up to Mulholland Dr. to go for a walk, which I do all of the time. As I got to the corner of White Oak and Victory, I looked at the South East corner because there is a dog park there and I always feel a little guilty because my dog loves to go there, but he is too wild and thus I don't take him there anymore (but he always starts whining). Above me, just outside of the park, I saw a tilted, metallic, UFO, hovering. I couldn't believe what I was seeing and my brain instantly went to that must be some new Fire Dept helicopter (they're the red ones here). It was the way it was tilted, and the angle, for a second, my brain literally tried to make sense of it. The first time I saw it was against the beautiful blue sky and it was so low (I don't remember if I was in the #1 or #2 lane), but I could only see about 90% of the tilted disk (and that is when I bent down in my seat. The top 10% of the tilted disc was obscured, by the roof of my car. I hope that makes sense). I only saw it for 3-4 seconds (I'm driving 40 mph?) and then a big tree obscured it. Through the tree's leaves and branches, which were bending in the wind, I could just barely make it out. And then I could not see it. I came around past the tree, and saw it was gone. I don't really know what I was thinking. I drive just a tiny bit more and now I am approaching a wash that runs across the valley. And there it is to my left. I see it a couple miles away, tilted with the underside facing North (which is about the Van Nuys airport). I look in front of me- I'm driving and don't want to crash- and then glance back and it's gone. But it's not. I can barely just make it out a few miles more away (maybe in Studio City at this point) and it's too far to tell which direction it is tilted, but it is so clear out that I see it hovering (it was very low to the ground still).

There were many interesting things I noticed (I haven't shared these with anyone, but want to now). First, against the blue sky it was hard to judge how high it was, but I would say the height helicopters fly across the valley (maybe lower). It seemed to be about 6-7 helicopters across in size (my untrained guess). It was absolutely silent, but this is something I thought about later and didn't really notice it at the time. Most interesting to me was that it looked puffy. Almost like it was filled with a gas of some type (it was a UFO and NOT a blimp). It was so low, here's where it gets really weird, it almost looked like skin (it was metallic, but had what looked like a VERY fine texture). If you have ever spray painted something and know what orange peel is, it reminded me of this. Orange peel. But the peel, which sort of looks like goose bumps, almost had a pattern, which to me looked like very faint veins. I saw it clearly and this is how it appeared to me. But it was metallic colored. I also was shocked, in retrospect, that it didn't have a speck of dirt on it. It was low enough that a bird could have possibly, at some point, pooped on it. But there wasn't a speck of dirt, dust or anything on it. This struck me as odd, because if there were aliens on board, do they have a UFO car wash? I'm not making a joke here. How was it so clean?

There also were no markings on the craft, but I believe I saw six oval shapes on the dome part. They were the same color as the craft. Perhaps they were windows that can be made opaque, but to me they looked like some sort of sensors, possibly used to orient the craft? Take data? Also, the way it was tipped, I never saw underneath it, but I clearly saw everything else, and I am 100% positive that it was NOT spinning from the topside (maybe it spins from underneath?). It was just hanging in the air, not spinning. Also, just my speculation, I believe, with no evidence, that each time, somehow, it knew I could see it, and that's why it kept jumping (the 3x I saw it). And if you are thinking you only saw it approximately 3 seconds each time, how do you know you weren't seeing something else? I would ask, if you saw the Millennium Falcon above your car for three seconds, one... two...three, three different times, could anyone convince you that you didn't see the Millennium Falcon? ...And one more thing. I live right next to the Van Nuys airport. That night I have NEVER heard so many jets taking off. All night. One after the other. I wonder if they were scrambling jets that night looking for it.

Moreover, the next day I again went for my walk on Mulholland Dr and when walking up there I began to hear a helicopter. It was a Police helicopter and my whole walk it kept flying up and down Ventura Blvd. If you're not familiar with my area, Ventura Blvd is the end of the Valley (just below Mulholland), and it seemed like it was scanning the valley for that UFO (maybe not, but it was a clear blue day and that's what it appeared like to me).

Actually one more thing. One week after this occured (the next Friday night), I was walking my dog in my neighborhood at night. It was cold and clear. As I was walking my dog I was looking at the stars (looking for another UFO of course. In the night sky above me I was looking at two bright stars, very close to each other. Just walking and staring at them. And as I'm am staring at them, one slowly winked out. It was like they, it, whatever, was watching me again, and thought I detected it? And winked out (I literally don't remember if it was the left or right one that winked out, it's I guess just how my brain works). Also, I'm not sure, but it possibly didn't wink out, but may have shot out into space at an angle which made it appear to wink out, but in reality just got so small so fast due to the tremendous speed it took off at?

I just wrote all of this, so hopefully it makes sense and there are not too many typos. This did occur! ...And to be honest, I have had experiences- much stranger than this sighting, which I've never shared with anyone- like "they" have been watching me my entire life (and I write this knowing that this last statement will probably discredit everything I've just wrote, but I don't care. The truth is the truth).

Regarding the drawings, the scale is off on the 6 ovals. Also, the ovals weren't windows. They were oval shaped, but stuck on the side of the dome, not cut into it. The veins that I saw on the non-dome part, I have drawn them dramatically. They could just barely be seen. The disc looked very clean, like a metal craft assembled in a garage by a weekend warrior (the lack of marking caused this). As anyway, with a lot of thought over time, I feel like the disc was organic. A leaf-like material that from a distance presents like a shiny metal. Maybe a material native elsewhere, but not here.
