Extreme light

Awakened from sleep by blinding bedroom window light that lasted a few minutes. I was frozen but then began walking to the window to look outside but then woke in the morning for work without remembering how I returned to my bed. I have a memory of being carried by hands to a darker area. The next morning while showering I discovered a perfect three inch hairless circle on the rear portion of my left calf muscle.
