The blue lights are back, flying one after another 1.5 minutes apart or parallel as two (3' or 4' held at arm's length apart)

The blue lights are something new as compared to the usual white lights that fly in every direction and right at each other. Happening for the past several months. This particular night blue lights would disappear right over head as they flew over.
