Circular Drone type Craft with 2 green blinking lights to the rear of the drone or craft.

I was out feeding my feral cats when looking up into the night sky I noticed what I thought was a helicopter but with no sound. I then realized it was a drone type object, silver in color, small circular object - smaller than a soccer ball but bigger than a softball. It was hovering over my neighbor’s house at 12 Roaches Lane in Reisterstown, Maryland up about 50 feet off of the house. It had one red blinking light. It hovered for about 15 seconds and then shot over to Roaches Run Park across the street, lowered itself and hovered over the park and within 15 seconds took off in a northerly direction. When the object was hovering over the park, the one red light turned into two green lights. The object took off in an enormous amount of speed when it finally disappeared.

The object then returned for a second night - basically did the exact same thing and I have not seen it since. I have never seen anything like this in my entire life (aged 59 years of age).
