Ufo circling the area

My mom pointed to the sky and said that plane is scary, it's not moving. I told her there's a science behind a plane looking like it's not moving because we're in a moving car so it's not actually still. The car came to a stop at the stop sign and I look at it and it really was still. My mom had the car stopped, so there was really no mistaking it. As soon as I was going to record, it started moving. It was mostly quiet other than the sound of it moving through the sky. After that, it circled the area multiple times.
