First appeared at a lower altitude. When camera was in process of taking photo object pulled away to higher altitude.
A photo was taken from driveway of home. Object first spotted by witness #2. Was closer and witness #2 stated possible ballon and lights. Witness #1 saw object briefly and object appeared to have medal center with light above and below medal center. Object was much closer when first seen by witness #2. Witness #1 spotted object on the process of moving to a higher elevation. No noise from object was observed.
