Bright white light with rotating orange and green light.

First saw the bright light hovering over my neighbors pond / house just after 10pm. After looking through binoculars, I could see orange and green lights around the outside of the chevron shaped craft. 4 lights total (most of the time 2 bright white, and either orange or green). The lights would change position and colors multiple times a second, almost made it look like the object was rotating. When I stepped out to my back porch it then moved over my house (not very fast), emitting a low hum as it passed. We (my girlfriend and I) ran to the front door and watched it going straight west.
