It hovered over my car about 30 feet above and in front

My story can be long, I was driving through lexington KY about 12:30 am on Aug 16 2016, before I saw it police pulled along side of my car on each side then they backed off and turned sideways to block traffic behind me,I drove about a quarter mile and got off exit 129 off interstate 75 to get gas at a huge truckstop,I noticed no cars coming or going which was strange for this truck stop,as I got back on the interstate I could see police still had the interstate traffic blocked off about a quarter mile back towards lexington ky, I got on the highway traveling north when only a couple miles or less it appeared in front of me above the road,I pulled up to it and noticed I couldn't see it until I was about 30 feet away from it, it had some kind of cloaking system where I couldn't see the lights on it until I was close up to it, it had no engine sounds at all, it was at least 3 times as wide as the interstate lanes ,which had three lanes on each side plusses a median in center,I could see what looked like different size stacks on top and what looked like gun barrels sticking out all way around it,there was a light on each of the guns sticking out, I sat and looked up at it for a few mins as it started to move slowly across the road and then over an empty field,it then turned on a lot of very bright lights and lit up the feild and started to land, I had my dad with me and I asked him if he could see it, we watched it land, I was worried because I had him with me so I just drove away,no traffic from either way at all, it was at least 15 miles before I saw any more traffic,my story is much more in depth but this is what happened,I had an abduction a while before this incident but thaught it was only a dream.
