Slow & Silent Black Acute Triangle

Old memory I can never forget.

When I was a kid I was in my room one night on the 2nd floor of my family's home at the time near Ann Road & Rainbow. My memory goes as this, my father was outside getting the mail from the mailbox maybe 100 yards from our home when what he said he noticed a shape in the sky moving very slowly.
From what he has told me, he ran as fast as he could back to the house yells for all of us to come outside & I do remember this! He didn't exactly tell us what for he only said "You are never going to believe this.", he only wanted us to act so we did! Me, my little brother, & my mother get up & outside! We're standing out on the sidewalk across the street from our house & he is scanning the sky! He eventually finds it & points right at it & I saw it! I will describe it for you:

Acute angled Triangle shape. Moving extremely slow sometimes almost at a hover. Absolutely silent, no noise at all. Completely black, in fact so black that the light pollution from our city lit up the sky above the object giving us a very clear look at the shape. 3 Lights visible underneath the craft, very dim almost like a dim star, in each far corner of the craft. (No red lights like in other triangle reports only dim white in the corners no blinking) I say ACUTE, there was a completely flat back end on this craft clearly seen by all of us. Craft moved all around keeping nose pointed in the direction it would go. Altitude was pretty low maybe 1000ft I see most often fighter jets flying around because we do have Nellis locally & those jets roar at much much higher altitudes. Object didn't seem very big, about craft size.

This thing just kept going Northbound at that nice slow pace sometimes picking up slightly until we could see it anymore we watched it for as long as we could.

One extra (maybe no big deal) detail I remember that no one else seems to that night is that just down the other street from that house the same night maybe 10 minutes later I notice an object in the middle of the road. It was a "Remove Before Flight" Red Tag about a foot long with a white clip on the end. The material felt very official like it was used on an aircraft. I kept it for awhile until someone threw it away on accident I don't think that has anything to do with the craft but its an odd occurrence for that night regardless & I remember it so that with it.

I have made artistic representations of this craft before to show people what I saw.

I had a buddy claim he saw the same craft around the same time of year that lived a few neighborhoods down.
