A flickering green, white, blue, and red light without movement, early in the morning.

A strange light viewed at night around 20 days ago appeared again in the morning, it emitted a strange glow, the same as the color of the light, it would flicker green, white, blue, and red in random patterns, as if trying to send a message. All of the noises stopped outside, as it created a strange deep humming that would go on and off every 1.5 - 2 seconds.
