Phoenix Lights formation in Florida

I was doing my delivery route and saw white star-like objects coming out of the storm clouds. These objects were seen way above the tree line which looked like a good 30 miles away maybe. After that, a second one appeared then about five of these objects appeared at once forming a formation that looked exactly like the phoenix lights.
