Explanation: Balloon - Possible
Initially seen by naked eye, but slowly elevated and was out of sight within 30 minutes.
Initially spotted by 9 year old boy, was then witnessed by 49 year old female. Object appeared to move slightly to the west while raising into the sky. Object then witnessed by 50 year old male who described object as similar to a spy balloon. 14 year old male also witnessed object. Approximate elevation 80-85 degrees.
