Looked like 2 orbs spinning around each other. And reflecting sunlight as it’s spinning. No sound and floating like balloons very high

I was plane watching on my balcony when I saw a bright light in the sky. At first it looked like a satellite. But it was spinning like a top. Then looking closer I could see 2 orbs spinning and spinning around each other almost in synch with each other. Maybe it’s weather balloons attached to one another. I ran in to get my phone and went to my backyard to video. I purposely left my house and part of a tree for reference. Also in the beginning of the video you can see an airplane flying to left and off the screen. It’s unexplainable to me, anybody know what it could be?
