I saw a UFO on the roof of a Gulf gas station in Lynnwood, WA, back in the 1970s. It was a seamless disk, silver/white in color, about 30 feet across, and tilted at an angle of about 20 degrees. There were four small people on the deck, three in blue jumpsuits and one in a white jumpsuit. I waved, and one of them waved back. I watched it for about 15 minutes, but when I looked at my watch, 1 hour and 40 minutes had passed. It was getting late, so I went home and went to bed.

I was across the street from the gas station, having just gotten off work. I worked for the Seattle School District for 30 years and retired in 1997. I was about 25 years old at the time. A few days later, I was in the same place and saw the same UFO fly over the Gulf gas station, across Highway 99, over McCalester's Motorcycle Shop, and into the woods before disappearing.

About four years ago, I told Linda Moulton Howe the same story over the phone. I felt a sense of dread until after I shared the story with her; then the feeling was gone. The day after the encounter, I went to the Everett Air Force Recruiting Station to report it. They were going to give me a stack of papers to fill out, but I declined and left.
