Location details: While driving back into town from the North I sighted a craft over Downtown or slighty to the East.

While driving back into town from the north I noticed a luminous craft over Downtown Orlando or slightly East of.

I was driving home from a quick trip out for a bite of fast food and a coffee before bed. On my way back I was noticing a few breaks in the cloud from a tropical system that is passing over the area. Around the next curve I noticed at first what I thought was an aircraft passing from east to west. It seemed a little too bright and intense to be the navigation light of a commercial airliner appearing almost ice white and not the hue of a traditional halogen light or the newer xenon navigation light that some airliners employ. It proceeded to disappear and reappear like a standard craft might do as it might pass in and out of clouds and I almost thought I might have misjudged my sighting at first. I continued to view and double check just to be safe and noticed the craft dive/accelerate at a high rate of speed at a rate of speed that conventional aircraft cannont acheive toward a lower altitude. It dissapeared behind a tree and I continued forward a bit to try to be able to pick it up again after my view was obscured by the trees only to find the median lined with them. After noting the end of the landcaping just up ahead I pulled up to a clear spot and could see nothing further. I noted two commercial airliners on either side of the horizon but nowhere near where I saw the first craft in the center of my field of vision as I drove.

Next, I pulled over and called the FAA's 24 Hour Regional line in Atlanta as I have been instructed to do in the past and recounted my U.A.P. sighting to the operator. She took my report but after confirming my number she refered me to the National U.F.O. Reporting Center and, rather oddly, for the second time, as I now recall, being their was a prior request during another call by me, specifically told me not to call the line again. A public line of all things.

Now, since I have seen a couple of these craft over the years and because they have a habit of showing when I'm about to have a realization or come to a conclusion or even while reflecting on a stroll home I'll share a couple of links I have that explain their origin as reverse engineered time traveler craft actually, if one were the adequately understand the origin of "the Greys", that take short cuts in time while in flight.

Being that adequately understanding "the Grey's" origin only takes a second if one were to realize that they have small holes for nostrils and ears and small slits for mouths and even normal pupils underneath the black night vision contact devices that they are known to wear that were recovered at the Roswell Crash Site and a head and torso and arms and legs and even hands much different than alien life might evolve out of the infinateness of space and even grey skin that could be indicative of a future where Caucasians and Africans have intermarried and started mixed race families being that mixed race individuals actually have a grey color to their skin as much as one honestly would like to leave color out of the equation and try not to see color, myself personally at first at least, without getting into politics either, if an explanation of what we've been encountering over the decades wasn't warranted.

...Now, as far their 4 fingers conveniently lacking a thumb or the fact that they are "drones"? The first thing one might want to do if they were enslaving some or tasking someone with time traveling for them is take their thumbs, someone moreso remorseless that is, given that CRISPr technology has been invented and will allow for such unfortunate action going forward, being that opposable thumbs are essential to tool making and to a greater extent freedom. Additionally, you would not desire even the possibility of someone you had tasked with time traveling for you to have the ability to start a family in the past because of the implications to fate and how it could lead to someone experiencing the Grandfather Paradox [relevant link... https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Temporal_paradox#Grandfather_paradox ] and not existing or rather being "erased" relative how far "the Greys" time traveled into the past and how substantially they have changed it.

And, because of the hour, this will have to conclude my recounting of my sighting from early this AM and relevant links except for the fact I want to add that at first what I noticed almost appeared to be another airliner falling from the sky like I witnessed in 2015/2016 and reported to the center previously. Upon second glance it appeared to be a luminous craft but because such things happen to aircraft at times I make a note in case this possibility too warrants investigation.

Additional, this witness left off a bit of an ancedote in relation to "the Greys" that helps myself and that might be helpful to maybe a diligent reseacher or those that study the phenomena. Its that after one maybe has a better understanding of "the Greys" and their origin one might try not to react too much to advanced knowledge of the future in the interest of fate. Yes bottling it up might be worse but if one remembers that after they've adequately documented what they may have witnessed or shared what an eyewitness was able to recount as they always would've done or maybe after they have enough of an understanding to find closure and get back to a bit of something or somethings they were always going to do, i.e. priorities, self-appointed tasks, and goals, etc., unless it was always their fate to be inquisitive and investigate the phenomena, maybe being mindful not to delve to deeply down the rabbit hole, one should try to remember they still had/have things to do notwitstanding time travelers maybe after they are thoroughly addressed and one is confident they will not return. Specifically, I myself decided on a goal to one day raise awareness about this phenomena itself notwistanding an interaction with/fight with a Grey years ago that showed kind of like a self-fulfilling prophecy to prevent me from as much likely not to mention I subconsiously decided a couple years back to raise awareness about the best cure for cancer is prevention such as buying organic allows one to avoid pesticide carcinogens and to prevent cancer or even such as avoiding excessive exposure to ionized radiation in excess of the average background radiation such as redundant or excessive x-rays also prevents cancer. Now, as far as these two self-appointed tasks/self-assigned goals, I have to remember that this is a bit of something I was always gonna do, notwitstanding time travelers and advanced knowledge of their plight, noting not all people in future might be enslaved but possibly a small group in secret, that may be able to save conceivably that would adversely cause others to pass from cancer and some of those I'd hope to save too, and still do it. Basically, things could end up worse because if I chased any bit down the rabbit hole in an attempt to help the future I would only irrevocably alter it in a tradeoff, possibly unforseen, making things even worse. Not to mention I have my own self-interests to think of like paying the bills etc., and that I myself through causality create the future in the first place, at some point I have to realize I have addressed what I have set out to address, if I have, and get back to doing a bit of something I was always gonna do notwistanding the time travelers that might have simply shown to distract me from as much in the first place to alter fate for their or others' gain. Being that continuing incedents of such phenomena might be a deciding factor to someone who set out to address it in the first place, one might want to weigh their fate into the equation where they can unless they feel they've raised awareness and acted upon the threats adequately like they always would have and still can with advanced knowledge of the future to be disregarded in the interests of prior important to fate priorities and goals one might have set for themselves and knowledge that some if not many of the craft sighted employ time travel explaining their advanced flight characteristics.
