Saw what looked like a square box carrying a balloon underneath it traveling north

Box like object carrying what appeared to be a balloon or two. Ballon part was glaring off the sun. The glare caught my eye. I would guess it was 4,000 feet above us traveling north. Not a sound was heard. Elevation did not change and direction did not change. I’d guess it was traveling 50-70 mph. It did not make since this thing was in the sky. There was no sound no propulsion system could be observed. It just glided without wings. Appeared to be on a mission. Also worth noting there was no wind.
