It was 1 craft then it split in half.

I was in the car with my family on clear sunny day and I looked out the window and looked up, and there it was a cigar shaped object. The left half of it was white and the right half of it was copper in color. It was rotating and I saw the sunlight glisten off of the entire object, which made me think that it was one craft. It then split in half down the middle, the copper side moved to the right and disappeared, the white side continued to rotate and then it just disappeared. That was the first UFO that I have ever seen, since then I have seen a few other crafts of various shapes and sizes.
