Saw a triangle craft less than 100 ft away from me when I took my dog out at sunset the night of the total eclipse

Stepped out on my porch at sunset after the total eclipse to let my dog use the restroom. As I looked towards the scrapyard next door I saw a triangular craft no more than 75 ft in the sky with bright white lights in all 3 corners. I could see this thing pretty well. It was pointing west and I was behind the straight edge looking up at it. It was black with a hard line edge that looked about 10-12 ft high running across the back of it . But the back edge was almost metallic. The bottom was just black with the 3 white light shining down. It was just hovering there. No noise.

I watched it for a couple minutes before it just slowly went straight into a dark cloud and disappeared within it. Waited to see it pass through the cloud and come out the other side, but it had vanished. This wasn't a triangle like a pyramid. It was a piece of pie shaped triangle. About a single story high. Somewhere around 30-50 ft wide across the back line. The sun was just almost gone with the last bit of daylight still allowing me to make out the clouds in the sky in front of and around the triangle, before it disappeared into one. And the light from the scrapyard helped to illuminate the surroundings, as well as the the 3 lights shining down from it. I grew up near two major airports in Texas. Worked offshore in the oilfield in the gulf of Mexico on a utility vessel and lived near Keesler Air Force Base in Mississippi. I have flown in planes and a helicopter. Been around all types of aircraft my entire life. I have never witnessed anything like this, even from a distance. This was up close and personal. In your face. Undeniably NOT man made by human beings. Right behind an army reserves base. And I would take and pass a lie detector test about it, any day of the week . It was surreal and mesmerizing and baffling all at the same time.
