Blue rectangle appear, above the trees, about 30' high, above us, and then shoots off to the West.

Three of us saw a very bright robin egg blue rectangle appear, above the trees, about 30' high, above us, and then shoots off toward the West. No noise. It was seen for about 3 seconds. The light did not seem to illuminate anything.
