My next-door neighbor pointed it out to me and he said that many people first drew his attention to it over an hour ago. 2 lights

It’s night here, so all we can see are two lights and they are not moving at all. My neighbor reported it to police and was told that they are getting many reports of it. Whatever it is is completely stationary.
