Location details: I was on 73rd street next to jakes fireworks and the hyvee gas station facing the bucks arena.

As I was coming down 73rd and approaching the stop light it was almost floating in a still stance, it’s when I got stopped that I noticed it’d started moving. There was no red or green plane/helicopter indicator. It was very bright and very blue.
