We witnesses a extremely fast-moving missle-shapeo object with 2 red lights dart across the sky.

We saw an “aircraft” with intermittent steady/blinking red lights dart across the sky. The object did not have any visible wings. It sounded like an aircraft but had no visible wings. It was traveling at an altitude of “under the dome.”
