Facing E and saw 3 brights lights in the sky. The lights almost seem to hover and one went past me quickly. ((anonymous report))
Driving home and turned on a street facing East and saw 3 brights lights in the sky. The lights almost seem to hover and one went past me quickly. I couldn't tell what type of aircraft I saw.
I kept driving to try an get closer but never seemed like I could.
I turned back around to go home heading west, and all of a sudden the second light for part me.
